Sian joined Access to Industry in July 2004 and has successfully managed the Transition project, a mini college in the centre of Edinburgh for recovering substance users in collaboration with two local further education providers.

Since 2006 Sian has also managed the Passport programme working in collaboration with Polmont Young Offenders Institution creating a progression pathway to reduce criminal behaviour inside and out in the community.
