Articulation for All Conference. Thursday 26th May 2011

Glasgow Caledonian University, George Moore Building, Room M201

The aim of the conference is to provide delegates with the opportunity to discuss current articulation development work taking place across the regional articulation hubs, as well as to influence the shape of future strategic planning at a national level.

The themes for the day include:

 -  Policy, Partnership & Practice

 -  Data Gathering Evidence & Impact

 -  Articulation at Work

 -  The Student Voice:  Transition support and guidance

During the day, college and university partners will be engaged in discussions, through the workshops and presentations that centre on the development of a planned, effective articulation system for Scotland.

The day will have a highly interactive element, which will generate useful ideas for delivering a planned articulation system.  To this end, the conference workshops have been designed to include a paper from colleagues engaged in the articulation work of the hubs.  Workshop speakers will be encouraged to share the transferable outcomes of their developments.  In addition, workshop attendees will be tasked with identifying the steps required in order to move towards a coherent and effective national articulation system.
