Report on Scotland’s Adult Literacy and Numeracy Strategy 2007/08
The Adult Literacy and Numeracy Strategy Report for 2007/2008 is now available to download from the Scottish Government website.
The report gathers together examples of adult literacies projects and initiatives across Scotland and illustrates the success and progress of adult literacies work.
Adult literacy and numeracy provision in Scotland is flexible, varied and responds to individual needs. It develops locally through partnership working by all the agencies concerned with adult learning and training.
The report captures some of this work in the past year and shows something of the variety of organisations, agencies and, most important, learners who have contributed to the continuing development of adult learning in Scotland.
