The South East Forum are funding the development and pilot of a generic CPD Transitions Unit at SCQF level 9. The unit will increase participants awareness and understanding of learner transitions and will enhance their working practice.   

The South East Forum appointed Management Exchange to develop the South East Forum's Community Transitions Strategy. This will be a 6 month piece of work which will involve a wide consultation with stakeholders who work with learners in the community across the South East Forum’s area.
